    Wrong Version of Microsoft Flight Simulator downloaded


    I just bought a Premium Deluxe Version of FS 2020 here in Denmark via an authorised reseller (online digital download), but it looks I only got a standard version when the download was complete. I can't see anywhere in the game itself to see what version is downloaded, but I can't see the Dreamliner and Cessna Citation Longitude and only get the standard list of planes.

    Any ideas what to do (and please don't say re download as that took 2 days to do the first time!)?

    I would contact the seller who you brought the code from and let them know. You paid for deluxe and was given standard.

    I'm sorry you're having trouble installing Flight Simulator. You may need to submit a ticket to the Microsoft Flight Simulator support site here: Submit a request – Microsoft Flight Simulator Support (zendesk.com) There is a drop down menu where you can choose "I can't download or install the sim".
