Discus and support wrong version of game purchased in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; because i wasn't able to buy injustice 2 through the Xbox store i did it on the Xbox app on my PC but instead of it buying the Xbox version it...     because i wasn't able to buy injustice 2 through the Xbox store i did it on the Xbox app on my PC but instead of it buying the Xbox version it purchased the PC version am i able to get the PC version swapped for the Xbox version

    Inadvertently Purchased wrong version of a game- can I get my money back on the other one? I went ahead and purchased the right version but can I get a refund or credit on the wrong version?

    No you cannot, even if you bought it by accident it says that you cannot get any refunds for anything you purchase though the marketplace.

    If your refund was denied, you can reply to the email you received about your refund being denied and they will look at it again.

    Try to explain to the refund team your reasons for buying the game in the first place and the reasons for the refund request.

    Your refund request will again be manually reviewed by the refund team and you will get a reply from them one more time.

    That's your only chance. Unfortunately, Xbox customer support does not handle refund requests. And here on the community we do not work for Xbox. We are only users trying to help other users.
