Wrong version of Battlefront shows purchased in xbox store

Hey all- purchased Battlefront Deluxe edition through the Smartglass app on my phone (cuz the kids were on both computers) and it downloaded to the Xbox One. Noticed that it had the regular version cover art but the deluxe extra content was in the game.
Went to xbox store to verify and noticed that it shows "play now" for regular version but "purchase" for deluxe edition. Tried logging out, restarting etc with no change. Though about deleting and redownloading but was afraid it won't let me download the correct
version. Any thing else I should try before calling support? Also trying to decide if this would be under billing, Xbox One, or store for support. Thanks in advance for any help! Have a great day!

You would need to contact support and speak to billing for a refund and then purchase the correct version. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

because i wasn't able to buy injustice 2 through the Xbox store i did it on the Xbox app on my PC but instead of it buying the Xbox version it purchased the PC version am i able to get the PC version swapped for the Xbox version

Hello,

If you go to Sign in to your Microsoft account you can view your transactional history, and you can see how much you were charged and for which version of the game.

If you believe that information to be the wrong version of the game, you should speak with Phone Support to resolve this:

The value would be listed as $0.00 as the code was not purchased via the MS Store.....MS have no idea what price you paid and it lists it in $ as a default I believe.

You definitely bought the UK version yes? And you definitely bought the Xbox version and not Windows version?

Can you got to the Windows Store, find the WWZ Aftermath entry and post a screenshot of what it shows please? Usually when a purchased game doesn't show up it's because it's the wrong platform, wrong account or wrong region...for a game to just not show up is weird

There are two versions of Advanced Warfare. Xbox One and Xbox 360, make sure you are looking at the correct version on the store. You might have been looking at the wrong version, hence why it's showing as having to purchase it again.

I also bought the wrong version, I want a refund to purchase the correct version. They shouldn’t sale the wrong version on Xbox series x store. I can’t get in contact with anyone for help, very bad customer support

Question, I have battlefront on disk, downloaded outer rim from xbox store, it shows that it's installed but isn't showing up anywhere so we can play it.
