    Wrong version of Battlefield 2042


    I purchased the wrong version of Battlefield 2042 and I would like a refund so I can purchase the series x version. I’ve tried to get refund but it’s automatically denied do to purchase date. Can’t get ahold of customers servers at all.

    I talked to them in chat and told them whole situation and they had me do buy the new version while in chat then they looked it up and then issued a refund for the wrong version. I got refund few days later

    I got ahold of them finally and they had me buy series x version and refunded me and were very helpful. Thanks for letting me know they would do that.
