    Hello ive had my account since at least 2007 but it only shows 11 years which would be incorrect. Ive always had Xbox Live with the exception of it expiring for a day and then me renewing it.

    It's wrong for me too. It's been off before but not for long before it eventually corrected itself.

    Hmm that is quite odd, but something similar has happened to a friend of mine, the case for him we ended up finding out was there was a one year period were he couldn’t afford xbox live, so it didn’t track that year, or the years before it.
