  2. Solitare event

    Hi OffhandGnu4911,

Thank you for reaching out to us on this. If you log out of the game then log back in do you see the challenge as completed? Also, have you tried restarting your device as well?

Let us know if those steps help out!

    Solitare event

I have been playing the solitare event today and I have not been able to beat the Klondike expert (I believe it was 112). Just now I finally noticed it said to complete in no more than 115 moves. I did it twice in 113 moves and it keeps telling me it is
incomplete. What gives? It is not incomplete. It's messing up my final scores. Not happy....

  5. This has just recently happened to me too, twice in the past two weeks I've ended up on 6hrs and 11hrs. Crazy. Apparantly it starts timing when you start playing, and you can't take a break in between challenges, not even logging out and turning the computer
off helps. Poor programming, and definitely done by someone who has all the time in the world to do the Events in one go.

  6. I have the same problem when I lose the Internet Connect after completing a hand. Today I solved a puzzle in 1 min 40 secs and by the time I finally aborted the event and logged back in the game required me to solve the same hand again. When I checked my
rankings it showed me to have taken over 35 minutes to complete ONE hand... Makes it difficult to decide if I should bother with the other 29 hands in the Challenge when I am put back so far in the group for no reason other than a temporary loss of the connection.

  7. Me too - apparently I was actively playing the event for 7 hours today while at work. This has only happened since the latest changes that cater to the app users over PC users (on PC, solitaire almost feels like a cartoon now). Not that I care if my total
time is lengthy in comparison to others, but I like the challenge of speed against my previous efforts. Events aren't worth the time spent playing if you don't end up with this small sense of satisfaction. Who actually works on these card games for almost
8 hours straight? I hope Microsoft fixes this issue again, as it was like this when they first introduced the events, and it seems they've 'upgraded' the same glitch back into being.

Wrong times in MS solitare events

It is not from now on, but I have noticed that when I play in events, time counts even when I am watching the ads. Yesterday, for example, it took only 50 seconds to complete Challenge 1, and when I went to see the classification, it was there that it took
2 minutes and 35 seconds to complete it! I am forced to see the ads and on top of that they are having many errors yesterday. When they do, they will not go to the game soon, forcing me to restart to achieve the challenges. So I lose the urge to play because
they are counting time that I do not spend on the challenges. Yesterday I had two challenges, having spent for Challenge 1 50 seconds and for Challenge 2 only 33. And in the standings, I spent 3 minutes and 9 seconds.
