Wrong Time on All Forums

I know this may be the wrong place to post this. But I've noticed that all posts/topics have the wrong time on them.

For Example it':

September 30th, 2014

9:51PM EST

But all recent posts, replies say

October 1st, 2014

2:33AM

How do I change the time code to my time zone?

So is this a good way for the community to hid the ID of the cheaters? Is this why we pay so much money for to have people like you all to hid this people? Wrong is Wrong ANY kinda wrong.. And for you people to remove the ID is just as wrong as they are
no matter what the rules are..But if i would of known this when XBOX support directed me here I wouldn't of waisted my time or you 2 geniuses times.. This is obvious a useless Forum..
