wrong system update

My xbox console updated automatically like it usually does but this time there was something wrong. I started being kicked out of parties whenever I tried to play a game at the same time. After contacting xbox support I learnt that I have the wrong update
ending in .3033. This update apparently does not support snap which explains why it shuts down when I unsnap. I checked with my friends and they all have the version ending in.2019. They are also part of the preview program. I have tried everything now including
offline updates and it still hasn't fixed it. Hopefully one of your team members can look at this and manually update to console for me. Thank you very much

Issues with 10.0.10586.1202?

For completeness sake, when attempting an update with the system update offline diagnostic tool i received the following

"

Something went wrong

-> Continue

System Error: E101 00000503 80070570

"

Then, when trying to factory reset

"

Something went wrong

o Restart this Exbox

! Troubleshoot (reset or update this xbox)

System Error: E102 00000007 8B060008

The whole "I get kicked out of party chat while trying to play games" was a known bug with the Alpha ring of the Preview Program. It was resolved with an update yesterday.

You said you restarted your console, have you done a hard shutdown? Try holding in the main button for 20 seconds or so and that should do a hard shutdown. And/or try unplugging the console altogether. I hope that helps!

Well for no apparent reason it actually worked after the thirtieth time I told it to restart.

So I guess the issue is resolved.
