    I redeemed 29,000 points for xbox live gold 12 month subscription and I got a code for 12 months of game pass. I have had the gold subscription set as my only goal for a long time and the "my goals" section is where I clicked on it to redeem it once I had
    enough points. I didn't realize they were different until after I redeemed the code. Please help me find a way to reverse this or switch the subscription to gold.

  2. Haven't Received 12-Month subscription Bonus on XBox Rewards.

    Did you purchase / ad a code or new subscription in March, or did the new subscription actually begin in March? The points typically do not get added to your rewards account until the new subscription becomes active. If this did not answer the question,
    then following the link provided by Mad Cow is your best bet.

    With how long Live has been around, there are a number of users that could use that argument for a free subscription.

    You can always join Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards), and by browsing, searching, or shopping with Microsoft, you can earn points that can be redeemed for Live time, provided the
    program and its offerings are offered in your region.

    Otherwise you'll have to pay for Live like the rest of us.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    Since that is not a rewards program offer, this is the wrong forum. However, gold subscriptions do stack, so if you add it to your account it will just add another month to the time you have remaining now.
