Wrong sticks with my elite v2

I recently bought an elite v2 controller to replace my elite 1 and when i opened the pouch i noticed i have 2 regular sticks and 4 short smooth rubber sticks. At first i didnt think anything was wrong until i discovered that your supposed to get 1 tall
thumbstick and 1 convex “ribbed” stick and i got neither. My question is, is there any way i can get the sticks i need because i cant find them for purchase anyplace online

I would suggest taking it back to where you bought it and get a replacement. I don't know which sticks come with the Elite 2

First, where did you buy your controller from? If you have the receipt either digital or physical then you can return the controller and get the product you ordered. Sorry there was a mix up. If you need more help contact the customer service from where
you ordered. If its through Microsoft it will be a quick and pleasant experience. I really hope this helps!!!

thank you for the heads-up. I am aware of the warranty and my ability to return it.

I'd appreciate a no nonsense answer regarding my actual question - are there Elite V2 sticks out there with a clean 0 center and no drift?

You can set the control sticks to a delayed push in the app for the Elite V2, not sure if this is an option with the standard controller or not. Im not sure if button sensitivity is something that the current hardware would allow.
