Wrong serial number?

Hey I recently ordered the xbox series s on amazon and have entered the serial number on the registration page for microsoft devices and it appears to be an xbox one although looking like an xbox series s

I doubt the serial number is "wrong".

The serial number on the label is: 374948784305

It is the same value on on the front panel next to the USB ports

And yet again, the same same information is shown in the console System Info page.

One way is to simply look at the hard drive itself. If it is an older white model XBOX it should say on the side of the console. For the newer S model if it has a hard drive installed all you would have to do is take it out and it will tell you how many
GB's.
