Wrong rewards account

Hello,

I recently upgraded from my Xbox one elite to the Xbox one s. I was all set to claim my 50000 rewards points but then found that the reward was instead credited to a different Microsoft account under a different mission for only 30000 points. Apparently
I have two Microsoft accounts because of my windows pc. Is there a way to reward the correct mission for the correct account. I double checked and it seems like I was logged into the right account when I made the purchase from the Microsoft store but I would
also like to make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. thanks

My X1 rewards dont register

When I try to sign into my rewards account it will sign into the wrong account

 

Issue with my acc ??? Reward points.

Something wrong or mistake with my account ? Can't recieve any reward points.

 

Hey there. We're seeing two Gamertags with your email. One is Dr Treye and the other is this one, CruellestChimp4. Dr Treye was eligible for the 50k Credits, while CruellestChimp4 was only eligible for the 30k since the 50k offer is for select members. Do
you want to close the CruellestChimp4 account and have your Rewards account default to Dr Treye? If so, we can adjust in the 50k into that account after we disable CruellestChimp4.

 

I would prefer to close this account but keep Dr Treye. thanks
