    Good afternoon. I got the account limit 6.01.17. chat for insulting

    interlocutor. I have limited ability communicating in messages,

    discussions, and conferences the xbox. I understand the guilt. But today

    I received another Limitation on the purchase of products in the store

    Live, and also blocks the game modes of FIFA 17 Ultimate Team Weeken

    League/ "have your profile has no rights"

    Ie I pay for Xbox live for 12 months, pay for Fifa 17. Get and not clear the ban? limiting play? are you kidding me.

    You may want to call customer support because I have honestly no idea what's wrong other than restrictions.

    passkey removal not working

    I can not remove the guest passkey. Every time I input the passkey wrong three times (system setting/signed out content restrictions) I am not being prompted for my Microsoft password. Where am I going wrong or what am I missing?

    EA has age restrictions in place. If the age of the account is set wrong and it's under 13, then it won't allow you to play. There's no way to change the age on an account.
