    Wrong renewal 12 month


    I just renewed my subscription today 04/19/22 for a 12 month one since it only had 4 days left to finish my game pass subscription but the subscription was not renewed for one year my Xbox live gold, I don't want game pass I just want my xbox live gold 12 months what can i do to solve this problem

    You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but to use the full 12 months of a Gold card, you would have to wait until your Game Pass Ultimate completely expires before adding the card. Otherwise, it converts it to Ultimate. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Xbox charged my card for a 12 month gold membership. I didn't have enough to buy it, but when i try to enter a code i bought from amazon, it wont work.

    If you have a renewing 12 months subscription and wish to redeem 12 months PPC, they can just cancel the current 12 months and waive off the renewal charge for you to redeem the code. Please contact Xbox Customer Support to process it for you.

    If they leave auto-renewal on, then yes, it will continue to renew for 12 months.

    thanks for all the input guys...i dont care if it auto renews after the 12 months is up. i just want it to take the 12 months first and stop auto renew until it runs out.

    how about this...just for S and G's ill put the 12 month card in and leave auto renew on and post back with what happens. then we will have an answer for the future. :-D nothen to it!
