    Wrong region on Xbox (beta) app for PC


    Hello,

    I’m trying to add a subscription to game pass through the Xbox app for PC but I see USA displayed in parentheses next to my email address when trying to add a payment method (it should be UY).

    I’ve already checked my account details on the MS Store as well as my system’s region settings.

    Thanks for replying. Country/region is set to Uruguay and language to Spanish (Spain, international). My billing address is also correct (at least I was able to purchase Windows and games through the web store in the past).

    That is because uguary isnt a xbox live region

    There is no way to fix your situation

    Region errors is occuring because you dont live in an xbox live region

    Nor is uguary even supported in xbox games pass

    Windows supported countries is NOT the same as xbox live countries

    Thank you for clarifying! It’s weird that MS has advertisement for products that aren’t available for the region in their app.
