    Wrong region in XB1


    Dear all ...

    by a mistake I've enabled America as region in my XB1 instead of Germany. Now it seems, that it's not possible to buy content with my Creditcard/Paypal due a missing billing address.

    I wanted to change the region, but it's only after 3 month again possible ... Can a specialist change this manually to germany?

    We'd better just wait when the XB1 releases in the other regions. We're only seeing sale figures in total from few regions but not yet from the other regions.

    Wrong Region

    Even if you accidentally set your account region to what it is now, you must still wait the required amount of time before you can change it again. There is nothing anyone can do for you.

    Wrong region in XB1

    If you only set the console's region then you can change that in the settings menu. However, an account's region can only be changed once every 3 months but you are certainly welcome to contact phone support to see if there's anything they can do to help.

    Make a new gamertag like Onxy said and use it to download things on, you will still be able to access the DLC with your main gamertag, unless there is a region lock on a specific piece of DLC such as the last
    one for Black Ops.

    Sorry, but some games are region locked and will not work in other regions, nothing can be done.

    Also to add Romania is not even a supported Live region so you cannot buy Live for that region and you will always run into trouble when it comes to downloading anything from the marketplace sorry.
