    Wrong Region Code.


    hello, I completed some Xbox game pass quests over the last couple of months and Xbox has sent me two codes to redeem for them, unfortunately tried to redeem them and they are set to US region although I live in the UK, I have contacted Microsoft but they
    apparently unable to do anything and have told me to write on here so any adviser is welcome Wrong Region Code. :) thank you.

    Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

    Shouldn't talk in absolutes at the best of times, but definitely not when it come to region coding nowadays

    It is probably his gamertag or console set to the wrong region

    Even back in the day DVD drives had the ability to change region a few times

    Hey xDhollee! Unfortunately if your region was set to US at the time of the Quests you will not be able to redeem the codes. For future promotions you can double check to make sure your region is set

    Like ngocphi said, this sounds like an account/region mismatch. Please read over the guide on how to

    Change Your Xbox Live Region     as this would enable you to redeem your Deus Ex codes. Do note that once you change your region, you will be unable to change it back for 90 days. If you are due to PCS back stateside before then, it might be more advisable
    to simply wait until you return. However if you have more than 90 days left on your tour in Korea, the best solution would be to match your account region to your physical location using the guide above.

    Hi. You can get a refund by submitting a refund request under the Support section of Xbox.com. Remember though, you can only get one refund per account, so make sure this is the game that you want to return that doesn't work.

    Easiest use playasia.com to see what disks are region free however dlc is not listed there so don't expect us content or games in non us regions

    It's easy where did you buy the console

    If the console isn't ntsc them that's your issue your need to buy disk's from your actual region
