Wrong region code

Received a code for deus ex with part of the preorder. Code is for US, but need one for korea since I am stationed there

Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

Shouldn't talk in absolutes at the best of times, but definitely not when it come to region coding nowadays

It is probably his gamertag or console set to the wrong region

Even back in the day DVD drives had the ability to change region a few times

Just letting you know the Australia region coding is PAL hope you can find a cheap copy for your game! good luck!

 

Well two.problems first game.codes aren't region locked

It's the game.itself

You must match your accoujtnregion to your actual regiom

First goto.mynaccount and change my region on this site

Then change the console region to.match

Like ngocphi said, this sounds like an account/region mismatch. Please read over the guide on how to

Change Your Xbox Live Region as this would enable you to redeem your Deus Ex codes. Do note that once you change your region, you will be unable to change it back for 90 days. If you are due to PCS back stateside before then, it might be more advisable
to simply wait until you return. However if you have more than 90 days left on your tour in Korea, the best solution would be to match your account region to your physical location using the guide above.
