Wrong Refund Reason

I accidentally put down reason for refund as accidental purchase rather than problems with product and now i cant undo it so it got denied. I tried it for a couple hours but i’m getting bugs overload and it’s really annoying so wondering if i could re submit refund request again somehow.

If you got an email denying the refund, you can reply to the email, and give the reason why you want the refund. Give as much detail as you can, explaining what is wrong with the game. Then the team will decide to give you the refund or not.

there can be a delay of 24 hours from purchase to be able to request a refund, but getting a refund on a game just becuase you dont like it is not much of a reason, usually because its faulty or wrong purchase.

also have you played the game for more that 2 hours.

the most often reason for such an issue is that players had purchased the wrong version of the cards.

The cards for GtA XB1 are not compatible with the Xbox Series versions and vice versa.

So first you should check in your order history if you'd purchased the right version. If not refund the wrong purchase and buy the right one.

sometimes purchases have a little delay up to 24h.

But the most often reason that players don't get their GtA cards is, that they purchased them for the wrong version of the game. The cards are not compatible with the other version of the game (Series X/S or XB1)

So check your order history and if you purchased the wrong version request a refund and get the right one.

Only issue is that if they were purchased on March 4th then they are outside of the 14 day refund period.
