Wrong purchase of video game

Hi Support,

My son made a mistake buying a video game which he thought was for free. On X-box One it said for "FREE".

I have been charged Danish Kroner 249 for a Rory Mcilroy Golf video game (order nr. 882f4f08-0384-4e02-959b-e40c44f41d31).

Please refund the above amount since this was a mistake.

Purchase of wrong game.

I purchased an indie game "Castle Miner Z" I thought I was buying "Castle Miner" Same people made both games, but the only difference in the title is the "Z" of course.. I had both trial games downloaded on my xbox, and bought one instead of
the other through a *** moment of mine.. Is there absolutely no way of "unpurchasing" it, or swapping purchases with the other game? Or have I was wasted several dollars?

Purchase of wrong game.

You would have to call support to see if they can do anything about it, but since they have a "no refund" policy there's no guarantee that they will.

Kid MICROSOFT is computer first. And not video games. That why you never see NINTENDO make stuff for the PC and MAC. And SONY is elictronics first and video game secend. Simlier to MS. But diffrent. And secend thing MS is your games. That why they there

I just did the same thing. Purchased Battlefield Hardline on line. I was stupid and thought it was for the xbox 360. Turns out it was for the xbox one. Completely my mistake. This was following my purchase of Hardline Premium at first from my 360. Only
to find out that premium is an extension pack and must run on the actual game. I am now out over $100 dollars if xbox can't refund or switch versions. I'm getting to old for this.
