    Hi AutumnClaw28854, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    There is no option to exchange but you can definitely request a refund if this was purchased through Microsoft Store. To do so, simply sign in to https://xbox.com/refunds using the account where the game was purchased.
