Wrong promotion

    Wrong promotion


    I purchased xbox live 3 month subscription along with GTA 5 shark card code as a promotion and I never received it in received a code for minecraft instead....I have not used the code for minecraft because I rather have the GTA 5 promotion instead.

    I purchased 3 months of gold along with the GTA 5 shark card and I did not receive it I received a mine craft code instead

    Hey YunGKillAR16! To clarify, did you pruchase GTA 5 with a bonus shark card or 3 months of Xbox Live gold and a separate Shark Card? If possible, post a screenshot of the promotion you are seeing so we can take a look. Thanks!

    Wrong, it was a Microsoft promotion. Even in the email it says its a Microsoft promotion. BS angel has even confirmed it herself that this was a Microsoft promotion. Please do not provide us with false information.

    Unfortunately, I think this is the wrong forum. Sorry! I think the offer you are referring to was a dashboard promotion for going gold, not a rewards promotion. I will move this thread.
