Wrong Profile

It sounds like your daughter's Gamertag was made on your email address. Is there another email address you may have used for your own Xbox Live account? If you already have two gamertags, that indicates there are two different Microsoft Accounts involved.

If you can't add a credit card on your account, your account region may not reflect your payment information. To resolve that, ensure your account is set to the region you're located in using our

Hey there! Deleting your profile from your console doesn't truly delete the account. It's still on our servers. What account are you trying to log in to? Is this account still on your console? If so, open up account management and look under WLID. Is this
the email address you are using to sign in on Xbox.com?

Im set to alabama and i live in scotland, its a joke man! cheers for the help though.so basically we need to pay for a new account?

if you NEVER played online with your 1st gamertag, its normal that you have another one now...

If you want to get all your saves games / gamerscore from the 1st gamertag, you have sign in with it on the Xbox 360 then going online, your email + gamertag will be linked. Becareful, you have to use another email or unlink the actual email from your 2nd
gamertag.

Sorry, i did not understand.... My problem..... i have an empty profile linked to my xbox live account.......and have a profile on my xbox 360 with all the saved scores and i can't connect that one to xbox live....Help!
