Then on this page it is 16.49 sale price from 21.49 regular:

It should be:

67% off 21.49 is 7.09

The difference is 14.40

Yes that is correct. The "regular" price you are looking at is the sale price for non-Gold members.

Modern Warfare 3 is normally $29.99

Sale Price of $17.99 is 40% off

Gold price of $14.99 is 50% off

Yes, that is clearly 50% off.
