    Wrong Power Supply


    Well, i've sent my Xbox 360 E to support and they give me one slim, but the power supply have one "circle" and the console needs one with two.

    What do I do?

    Power light turns solid red

    Is the red light on the power supply or the XBox 360 S console? If the red light is on the power supply it is a good assumption something might be wrong with the power supply. If replacing the power supply does not work I am sure you could sell the new
    power supply to get your money back. It is certainly a cheaper option than buying a new 360.

    My console is registered mate. I also tried to register the power supply and it comes up saying wrong serial number so i assume the power supply was part of the console registration

    Order A new Power Supply from eBay or Amazon or let the seller know you have an incorrect Power Supply and I'm sure they will swap it without A problem.

    You would need to contact support again & explain the situation.They should exchange your old power brick for the correct one.

    Order A new Power Supply from eBay or Amazon or let the seller know you have an incorrect Power Supply and I'm sure they will swap it without A problem.

    There is probably a problem with the power supply too the console, if the color on the power supply is a different colour too normsl it means something is wrong and there is a fault.
