Wrong point total for last month

It says that I only earned 550 credits last month (250 of which were the survey) I do not know the exact amount, but I spent around $200 last month in digital transactions ($125 for the extra VIP star bonus) plus a couple of preorders and I renewed my XBL Gold
through the dashboard. I do not know what the exact credit rate is per $ spent in the marketplace. But 300 for around $200 does not seem right at all.

Rewards points

Last month, December 2012, all reward point totals were awarded as a one-time event. Any points earner since then must, as Silent Phoenix notes, reach a total of 100 before they will be awarded.

 

Points not converting

I forgot to mention that it is also saying I converted a total of 0 points last month which makes no sense.

 

Support will check into it, but keep in mind that as of July 1, 2014, there are no credits for renewing gold. Preorders do not count towards VIP.
