i dont think sims 4 is available on the microsoft store for windows, you would need to get a refund and purchase from EA Origin or Steam

If you haven't redeemed it, you would check with Target to see if they can exchange it.

Well yes ill make sure but the game works now it wasn’t a cross gen version but still works..
