    Wrong payment


    I have just bought the Call of Duty World War 2 season pass and it came up saying that it would charge my account (which has £40 on it) £40 and instead of that, it has charged my brothers account. Not only that, I removed my brothers details off my account
    to avoid this happening as its not the first time its happened and replaced it with my bank account details. So not only do I have £40 on my account that was meant for the season pass, I've just lost money I didn't need to spend. Can you either explain why
    this has happened or refund the £40 that's currently on my account or change it so it charges the £40 on my account and refund what came from my brother's account.

    If you believe you were charged twice for a game you purchased you'll need to contact phone support to get a refund. They will be able to see if you were charged twice for a purchase or not. You can reach phone support by visiting this page
