Sent my sons xbox series x controller back to microsoft for repairs. i have Just received a parcel back from them thinking it would be his repaired controller. They have sent him a wireless adapter for windows 10!! and not his controller. I have check with the online warranty request and they say the controller has been sent back. All he has had is this dongle thing. My son is doing his nut now as he hasn't been able to play his Xbox for a week. Cant get hold of Xbox support to get a call back. It just says "something went wrong and they are trying to sort it" so cant even speak to someone. Very disappointing from Microsoft .

What do i do now??

i have tried this but it does not matter if i use my Pc or Laptop or even My Apple iphone or ipad and also tried on my Partners Surface.

Can someone please ring me.

have been place on hold for more than an hour tried the online chat more times than i care to remember.

When i did speak to someone i was told to ring back in two hours !!!

You will need to get in touch with the live support to report the issue. However, since you are receiving that error message when trying to contact them, would you please try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser then try again. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or another device and check again.
