    case number 1366009431 my sons account has wrong person listed do not know this person no access to account my sons account is mine is BrushyTripod039. do not know who this StoneySole0 is do not know why
    is listed as parent concern is the account is a hacker. My son is 13 and autistic and any help you can provide is appreciated.

    Troubling adding family on Xbox One!!!

    I created accounts for both my kids but am having trouble getting them signed in. For my daughter I created her account did the parent verification and then it told me I couldn't add her because she was in another family already?!? I moved on to my son
    and after creating his account when I go to add parent permission I get the error message 0x80a4002. What in the world is wrong with this family function?

    Suspension

    Today is Christmas and my son's account was put on suspension for communication. I went and read all the messages on there and there is another kid cursing at my son and my son did not say nothing wrong. He actually deescalated the problem by blocking that
    kid so he couldn' talk to him. So I would like to know why you suspended my child's account and specially without contacting me his parent.

    Not an issue for a different account but that's my son's account, but still there's so much stuff (Xbox gold) plus character level up's and game access on my account (parent account). Yes, I am login on Microsoft but can't on Xbox. There's nothing wrong with the Xbox it's an account access issue but nothing to do with the code or password

    Your son is on a child account. Its not a problem. It needs a parent to approve your son having an account by logging in to the parent account linked to your sons child account. If you don't know the parent account linked to the child account you can try
    contact support directly at 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they may be able to find the parent account for you.

    Same here, I've setup my son with a parent approved Microsoft account and parent approved Xbox Live account. In either case it doesn't let me merge the two.
