    Can't play anything because I can't sign in

    What could I be doing wrong? It's my home Xbox, I went offline.

    I cannot even log in to my Xbox. I'm not even talking about Xbox live. I can't sign in to my account on Xbox.

    Completely 100% wrong!

    Just deleted my profile off my xbox one, then downloaded my brothers profile ( as if he was the potential buyer). The two games worked perfect under his account both online and offline.

    Suggest you contact a Live Agent to give the personally identifying information so they can find the Microsoft account. You can choose Option 2 after finding your country's support line: See

    Maybe a typo? Sign into your console, go to Settings --> Account --> Account Security. Look under "Current Microsoft Account". Check it THOROUGHLY for any kinds of typos. Maybe "@gmial.com", or "@hotmil.com" or "@yahoo.cm". Don't forget to check the
    rest of the email address too, of course. But little things can happen.
