wrong language

I am receiving XBox live rewards emails in the wrong language. I can not read them.

My Microsoft account is setup to english, english, english.

My XBox language and locale is US english.

I receive emails in German.

The agent kept trying to migrate my account. This is incorrect. Country is not a language.

Wrong Language

You will need to go the system settings hopefully this will help translation: (possibly using google translate)

Press the guide button go all the way to the right and press this one:

System settings: システ の設定

Console settings: コンソールの設定

Then language: 言語

I tried using google translate so see if you can find symbols similar to those if it doesn't help please let me know.

No once download the language of most dlc is language locked

Very few support mutliple languages
