Wrong language installation

Hi all,

My console is set in French (Canada). Bought it last February, an Xbox One S. I installed around 30 games and whenever the French was available, like Ubisoft games, most Microsoft exclusives like Gears of War 4 and Zoo Tycoon, or Skyrim from Bethesda, then
it installed in French.

Since the last few weeks, everything installs in English. Neither Xbox nor the game publishers could help me fix this so far.

For example, Fallout 4 G.O.T.Y. from Bethesda installed in English even though I already had Skyrim in French from the same company. And Bethesda Website clearly says that Fallout 4 is available in both English and French in North America.

Also, I had the French disc for Call of duty Black Ops 2 (Xbox 360), a disc which only includes the French language, and it installed in English by downloading the English from the servers instead of using the disc content in French. If that is not weird
enough, I purchased the season pass as well and even though it says that it has been installed, the new maps are not available in the game but that is another issue which I will leave aside for now.

Up to now, I have been uninstalling those games, trying new settings like French from France. Still, it installs in English. However, everything shows up in French in my console's menus, or even when in Fallout 4, when clicking on HELP, it takes me to the
French website from Bethesda. So somehow my console is recognized as set in French but the games still install in English.

Is this caused by the console update from a few weeks ago? That update happened just before I start having those installation language problems.

Wrong Language

You will need to go the system settings hopefully this will help translation: (possibly using google translate)

Press the guide button go all the way to the right and press this one:

System settings: システ の設定

Console settings: コンソールの設定

Then language: 言語

I tried using google translate so see if you can find symbols similar to those if it doesn't help please let me know.
