c'mon xbox give us what we want ..were loyal been with xbox since it started but your still giving us rubbish on compatability ...WE WANT MODERN WARFARE ..ANY INFACT EVEN BETTER..... MODERN WARFARE 2 .....everybody wants it so why do we have to wait

Deciding what games come to the back compat library is in no way up to Microsoft. It's 100% the decision of the publisher of the games you want. Activision will decide when MW or MW2 comes to back compat, but they won't do it because they want all the money
they can get from the new games and their dlc first. They especially won't let MW be back compat because they want you to get Infinite Warfare and spend the extra $20 to get MW Remastered. Long story short, it's not Microsoft, it's the publishers holding back
games from back compat.

Yep, tried redownloading my profile but when i do, it either says cannot connect to xbox live, or it is connected to xbox live and only partly downloads the profile, or tells me there is a problem with my credentials.

There cant be anything wrong with my xbox live account as i am still gaming on the same console, through xbox live, and downloading xbox live gold games. Ive even been on the website and checked credentials and see nothing wrong with my account.

Games for Windows LIVE doesn't exist anymore and this is the Xbox 360 forum. Wrong service (steam) and wrong platform (Xbox 360). Try support for GfWL or better yet, Steam.

No, you're not doing anything wrong. It must be an issue with the game or Xbox Live at the moment.
