    Wrong GamerTag


    I am receiving too much messages about a Youtube Channel, but i do not have one. I think people confuse me with another player, because my GT is with 3 "i", and there is a player with the GT "LeoCalegarii" with 2 "i". I don't have money
    enough to change my GT, because I spent all my money paying the XBLG. Could you send a forced gamertag change for my account? Thanks.

    Anyone notice the sign in being slower since the update?

    Yea it is terribly slow
    And I noticed the gamertag picture is wrong
    Example, my pic is the zombie character
    But when it finally signs me in, it's shows a flower picture for my gamertag in the top corner. But if I click on my gamertag up there , it shows the zombie
    Same if I play a game like SW BF, at the end of the match it shows gamertag pics for the top 3 positions. And if I'm one of them or my son it shows the wrong picture

    It doesn't matter, you can still play it on your profile, it will be the same.

    You would only get a forced name change your your gamertag violated the code of conduct & you would be given a random tag.

    Yours does not violate the CoC so you will have to pay to change it,you won't get a free name change.

    Yep,there are no other gamertags even close to being the same as yours.

    If you say you spent all your money on XBLG,which i presume means gold time, how come you are silver?

    FYI, even if forced, It will cost 9.99 for a name you want.

    Owen, It maybe true no other GT exists but, What does that have to do with a YOUTUBE account with similar spelling???

    Man, I am Gold, but here, on the site, it doesn't appear. On XBox, I can play Online because I paid my XBLG. Add me there and let's play. You will see I am XBLG member. I am brazilian and I don't know why they are confusing me with a Youtube Channel. Sorry,

    Also, you would only receive a forced gamertag change if the tag violates the code of conduct. Since yours doesn't, the enforcement team wouldn't issue a change anyway.

    Are you using the E-Mail address associated with your Xbox account? If not, that is the reason for the new account.

    Means the email you used when creating the profile is different, or when you create it it was misspelled. In your console go to SETTINGS--ACCOUNT--ACCOUNT SECURITY . Try to check the email that will be listed there and compare letter by letter, once you
    confirm the one showing on the account, sign in with that email, it does not matters if maybe the email is 1 or 2 letters short than the one you intended to add at the time of the creation, if the email is on the xbox account then it exists for Microsoft.
    The password, will be the same one you entered when you created the account so no problem with that....

    I made a typo and can't even revert it back because it costs money to change?
    [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] I doubt that its not possible to just rewind it. There should be an option to revert it back within 15 minutes if you made a typo or something like that. Really unsatisfying "solution".
