    Wrong Gamertag with Account


    Hi guys,

    Where to start, about December 2014 time my ebay and email account were hacked and used to buy online products (Fifa coins and some Minecraft c**p) and today i logged into my microssoft acount to cancel my xbox live subscription and a few others ie Netflix
    and Amazon and find that the gamertag associated with my account has completely changed (Im guessing Zappystring is the guy who hacked me) so it doesnt show any of my subscriptions. Xbox live seems to be down also so i cant really do anything on my xbox.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

    Contact support and open an unauthorized access case

    For future reference whenever you suspect an unauthorize access your first call should be to support immediately not 7 months later

    is there a way to switchover to my gamertag to my account in the mean time?

    I started the case with Ebay when it happened and got my money back etc but as far as my xbox was concerned i had no idea that it had been compromised what so ever, i never received any sort of information to say that any changes had been made to my account.

    Also a side note your gamertag seems like a enforcement action actually you may consider checking enforcement.xbox.com to check enforcement history

    Are you sure this is the right account your gamerscore is 0 so maybe the email was changed and you create an mew account by signing in here
