    microsoft gamertag not working

    my Gamertag on Xbox will not work. When i request a new password it sends an email to the right account. but the Gamertag does not match. The Gamertag that i pay for gold on I can no longer sign into. When i try to sign into my gametag on Microsoft.com
    the wrong Gamertag shows up.

    hey there sxperia, sorry to hear about the issue with your gamertag. unfortunately not all games will post the gamertag the same way and might be why you are seeing it differently. if one of the options WAS one of your changes then you might have to
    relate that change to the game handlers too. happy gaming !!!

    How long ago did you change your Gamertag to this current name? You may need to wait a few days for it to completely update possibly, if you changed it recently.
