    Wrong gamertag on my account


    Somehow, my son's gt for minecraft on his Nintendo switch became the greatest associated with my Xbox account. Now all my Xbox stuff is gone or unusable because I can't get into my profile anymore. Tried to chat with support but the site won't let me. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

    I'm in Australia and I have linked my paypal account to my Gamertag...and it is an Australian paypal account and an Australian Gamertag.....maybe you are looking in the wrong place?

    90% chance you signed in with the wrong e-mail, 10% chance your account is broken. You'll want to contact support, have them check your old gamertag and the new one, if they're on the same account you'll need to have them fix it, if they aren't then you
    have the wrong account. If you're in the US you can reach them at 1-800-469-9269.
