Wrong gamertag linked to your email address

In order for someone to change your security info (the alternate account) they must have access to your account. You should change your password as recommended by the support team .

1) Sign in at http://account.live.com then choose Change Password.

I assume you have a problem getting the key code when asked since it linked to an alternate account you do not know.

To change the alternate account. Follow these steps

1) Sign in at http://account.live.com then choose Edit Security Info

[Click on the Overview tab --> Security Info]

2) Delete the alternative email address. (It will take 30 days for changes to occur)

3) Add a new alternative email

Go to My account on xbox.com and change it i'm guessing.

Check to make sure that your email address is the same linked with both your Microsoft account and xbox live account. If the email address is not the same it may be generating the wrong gamertag to the profile. I had mine do the exact same thing before when
it used my wife's email address with microsoft and autogenerated the wrong xbox profile and showed them both.

You may have to contact microsoft with the fix. First though, check to make sure that they are linking the email addresses correctly.

Because the OneDrive account is the one linked to your gamertag's email address there is only one way to do this. If your gamertag's email address is not a Hotmail one or you want that OneDrive account linked to it you will need to switch the email address
associated with the gamertag.
