    Wrong gamertag creating rewards issue


    I have signed up repeatedly over the years for Microsoft Reward. It acts like it works and says something like "Thank you and we will get you signed up shortly", but never have received points for the hundreds of dollars in purchases. I believe a separate
    gamer tag that I accidently created is the issue. I receive rewards emails, but no points, about that account, even though I have never played on it or used it.

    I've tried online, I've tried calling the help desk over the years. Both think they have solved the issue, but I still have no points listed and I get the emails to the accidently created account. Any ideas on what to do?

    Unable to add son to xbox one

    I have this exact same issue, spent hours yesterday on chat support, it has now been escalated. I can create new gamertag's on the console but dont really want to lose my sons existing gamertag.

    Do you think next gen game prices will eventually drop? (Canada)

    yeah I think I would have to create a new gamertag/windows ID and I believe issues with banking as well.

    We see that you have another account associated with the same email that has registered into the program, but this account has never registered. Have you attempted to register this gamertag (WSUCoug93) recently?

    Hello Jonell A Smith,

    Thanks for the confirmation! We will manually opt out your other gamertag (Jonell Smith), which will close that Rewards Account and cause your current gamertag (Jonell A Smith) to be the only account associated with that email.

    We will also manually Credit your account with the two MicrosoftStore.com offers that were erroneously directed toward your previous gamertag. Those Credits should appear as pending in your current account by the end of next week!
