Wrong Gamertag Banned!

Alright, I hope I can get a following on this and it can be resolved.

A while back now a friend was at my house during a party and thought it would be funny to change my name from "VONiCK" to "SemenBurp". I got on a few days later and noticed the change. We laughed, he paid up for the name change and I changed my name back
to "VONiCK". The next day, my name was changed to "FlatJoey4945" through the Xbox enforcement. It's obvious that someone reported "SemenBurp" and rightfully should be changed per Xbox terms.

The issue.. Because I switched my name to "VONiCK" before Xbox automatically changed my name, I can no longer use the gamertag "VONiCK" but "SemenBurp" is still available today. There was a flaw in their system that banned the wrong gamertag and apparently
there is no way of fixing it.

I had a chance to fight the name change decision but they didn't understand that the wrong name was banned and they closed the case. I didn't have the option to explain further. Calling Xbox support accomplishes nothing as well.

I hope posting on here could help release my original gamertag.

Will i get banned using this gamertag?

I have the gamertag "JHAD EL SALIM" on my xbox one for about 2 months now. I saw a tweet from gamespot that someone got banned on psn for using the gamertag iJihad. Will i get banned on xbox? Please let me know because if i will get banned i want to tell to microsoft that will let me change the gamertag for free again

 

keep.in mind multiple violations of the gamertag.rules will not help you shouldnt have tried to rename yourself again toothed first name
