Wrong gamertag(?) associated with my email-adress

    Wrong gamertag(?) associated with my email-adress


    I recently logged in to xbox.com and discovered there is a totally wrong name associated with my email address. How is this possible and how do I solve it?

    my email1 is associated with a gamertag 1

    my email2 is associated with a gamertag 2

    I would like to have my gamertag 1 associated with email2

    and my gamertag 2 associated with email1

    then, delete my email1 and gamertag 2

    is it possible ?

    Dear all,

    I can not remember the email adress associated with my account. my gamertag is "daeks":

    is there a way to get the email adress? I have no console and play dawn of war only from pc.

    Note: I dont need the password, only the email adress!!

    You can only have one email address associated with each Gamertag at one time.

    Before it used to be possible to make one the alias of the other (so you sort-of-but-not-really merge the two, making one primary (and the one associated with the Gamertag) and the other just added on) but I'm not sure if this is still possible. If it is,
    you'll be able to do it through

    Even so, only one (Primary) would be associated with the Gamertag, the other would just be associated with the Primary too.

    No profile associated with that email adress

    I tried going there and clicked on the "sign in" button at the top-right corner and it did not let me allow to type my email and password, an account just loaded in, it has a rabbit wearing a tuxedo as the profile picture and it said "Account manager for
    SurplusMoth6904" i don't even name ANY of my accounts like this, please help me, I don't know what is going on.

    Xbox     website?

    If you don't receive the same message, try to download your account once more on your console.
