    WRONG GAMERSCORE YEARLY EMAIL SENT TO ME OVER 7000 POINTS OFF. STOPPED COUNTING SCORE IN ...


    I wanted to print off my yearly gamerscore email an its over 7000 points off. On the bottom of the email it says the score was from January 16 to October 16. So what happens to all these days not in the yearly report people look forward to getting. This
    does not seem fair to the Xbox customers. If they stopped counting scores in October why wait till December to send the email. This Is Wrong!!!! The emails are different every years so someone is making them and sending them out. But when you call Xbox live
    to get it fixed they keep you on the phone for an hour and tell you to wait two days and call back if its not fixed.

    somebody already has the name satnav spelt as sat nav, xbox does not count the space and never has. that account is in use and has over 7000 gamerscore.

    as your name is not unique you will have the numbers.

    Nah it doesn't work like that, if I'm in a vehicle for example as assault and get a kill, it counts as an assault kill (though the _score_ actually does go into vehicle score). Besides, I have over 7000 kills with tanks alone, so...

    Just to clarify, the reason behind this. My main email, and original gamertag (this one, now unused) has 350 gamerscore and 0 points to spend. My secondary email, and more recent gamertag, has 7000+ gamerscore and quite a lot of points still to spend. I
    am happy to loose all the history of my original gamertag (this one) to replace it with my newer gamertag.
