Wrong error codes?????

Okay so my Xbox one works fine, but on my 360 It says I'm getting a null on both wireless connectons and even a wired in connection. I got an error message that has to do with my account being corrupted but I know that isn't the problem. I have rebooted
the router, factory reset network settings, and cleared system cache. Please help

I think i know whats wrong with my xbox. I believe it has the e74 error from what ive seen so im trying the heat gun method to try and repair it

well that sucks. sorry to hear that.

I could be wrong about this but i thought if they had taken money for an item they were obliged to supply it. I think its different if its an error but this clearly isnt an error they just ran out of stock. You might want to investigate further.

 

Hi there, what's the error code you're seeing? Sometimes you can't connect because there are weird profile issues going on, I see it a lot in these very forums. Post the error code as it's easier for us to help that way.

I would actually be deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile as my first step of troubleshooting, especially if you're receiving profile error codes.

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
