Wrong Email Provided For Name-Your-Game Promotion Code

I have recently bought an Xbox One with the Name-Your-Game Redemption Code. Went to the Website to redeem the code, I provided the wrong email which is [Mod Removed], the right email is
[Mod Removed]. The redemption code is [Mod Removed]

I called xbox support and they told me I have to contact this. There was no forum labeled what they told me to label it under, "sales and promotions" this is for US.. not Canada. I received a 16 digit code to get a redemption code for a "name your game".
I never received an email with a redemption code to the email address I provided. I would like a redemption code to get the game I want.
