wrong email on xbox

hi a couple years ago i was out of town and a family member put a email and password on my xbox 360 and i have no idea how to change the email and no matter what i do i cant i tried all of the passwords they said they might of put and none of them worked

so if there any why that i could change the email and passwords with out knowing would be awesome cause that is my first xbox account and i dont want to lose it

i cant login to the account cause i dont know the password for the account and when i try to reset it it wont let me cause it say it don't have enough information to say it is my account

Go to Microsoft.com/my account. You can edit everything there.

The Credits will still be placed as pending on your account. However, any Vault prize that involves tokens or codes will send that code to the email you registered with.
