Wrong email on refund request

Hi all!

So here's my issue:

I submitted a refund request for a purchase made (by my son, without permission) about an hour ago by filling out the request form. After I submitted it, I realized I entered the wrong email address. I entered the wrong @_________.com on the form so the
confirmation email likely went to a stranger. Is there a way to fix this?

Additional info:

You're not eligible for a refund for a digital purchase id it was bought more than 14 days ago or played for more than 2 hours.

and as soon as you conect with someone explain the situation to them they shoud be able to resend the email to your email Address

In the email they sent you the reason for denial will be in the email. It could be you wrote the wrong date of purchase, wrong order number etc. I recommend rereading the email. Also, you can rerequest a refund here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/payment-and-purchases/request-refund,
