It depends on where the OP redeemed it. If it was on through Epic or Microsoft?

You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but typically once it's been redeemed there is no way to get it back. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

My best advice, would be to contact Epic Games's Support forums. Also check your account into on Epic's side - you will be able to change your associated email address,

via this method.

As to whether the content can be resent, that will be a decision they will likely make.

Check the email you used to create your fortnite account. There is a possibility that someone could've changed the email and password of your fortnite account and epicgames should send you a confirmation email or last case scenario contact customer support.
