As stated in your other thread, the date of birth on a account can not be changed. However you appear to possibly have issues signing in to Xbox LIVE or redeeming a code for Xbox LIVE. Let us know more about that issue please and we can take a look. Thanks!

You may need to contact support as from my understanding the date of birth cannot be changed from the original.

It is impossible to enter the 'wrong' date of birth unless your parents never told you when you were born. The system asks us not once but twice to confirm our date of birth
before it accepts it. What most people do is enter the correct date of birth then if they are under the age of 18 find out that the content/features that they can access/use is limited, but that is for a reason and much of it is out of MS's
control, they are only following industry standards like everyone else does, and then want to change the date of birth so they can do what they want...

What I think he's referring to is that he redeem code, however you can't play on Xbox Live. Did you redeem the code on Xbox.com? If yes, it takes a few hours for the gold membership to activate on your account

What exactly do you mean when you say you "cant get Live"?
