    Wrong debits on my account!


    I have been debited 6 times for purchase I did not do. How do I get my money back and where can I complain? Microsoft has taken money from my accout 6 times, 96,60 SEK, 149 SEK, 149 SEK 96,60 SEK, 49 SEK and 199 SEK. I just bought FIFA points for only 199

    Xbox Live Ban.

    Hello, my xbox live account "o X CIFERON X o" was banned till 12/1/9999. I called an xbox live representative and talked about it with her, name was "Shyanne". We figured out why I was banned and it was because I used my debit card on my buddies profile
    to get him microsoft points as an early birthday present. As you can see I did nothing wrong. She said the system saw it as credit/debit card fraud and she said I did nothing wrong. I can prove that the debit card is indeed mine and the account is mine. I'm
    hoping that there is some way to get my account back.

    This code can't be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account.

    When my best friend send his debit card info ( we share one debit card ), i tried to enter the info on my account and it declines, saying the numbers and the name is wrong (that isn't).

    If you use the correct provided security measures there nothing wrong with having your credit/debit card details linked to your xbox account or anything else.

    Had my debit card linked to my account for 14 years without a single problem.

    Even had my debit card linked to my PSN account when they got hacked & guess what,nothing happened because I took the correct security measures.

    Had my debit card linked to other things for over 20 years without a problem.

    No one can get hold of your details or "hack you if you reply to a message over live.

    Yes, you can pay xbox live gold with balance in your microsoft account but if I'm not wrong, for the payment to be completed sometimes it is necessary to add a credit / debit card or paypal

    The card is a capital one card, it was on my account before. And security or not I really don't like that I was able to add it to a friends account with no errors. The PayPal has a debit account and credit account and money in the PayPal balance.

    And I have tried billing.microsoft.com is that any different?

    I am just lost as to why no support agent is able to tell me what is wrong with my account.
